Customer Service Excellence in the Age of Social Media

Are you keeping up with your customers on social media?

Believe it or not, when the telephone was invented, many business owners were reluctant to bring it into their stores. They feared that their staff wouldn’t be able to provide good customer service over the phone. Today those same fears and hesitations surround social media.

But, what happens when a potential customer tries to call you and you don’t have a phone? They find somewhere else to shop. The same goes for reaching out over Facebook or Twitter – to provide THE BEST customer service, you need to match your communications style to that of your client, not the other way around.

In this presentation, you’ll find out why you need to use social media to listen, not just push out content. Christina will show you how to leverage social media to ensure that you and your team are providing customer service excellence.

  • Buying trends and habits of the next generation of consumers
  • How to leverage social media as a customer service tool
  • Best practices for community building and reputation management, including “social listening”

How To Reach Consumer Titans Using Social Media

Women spend $20 trillion+ worldwide and control spending in most categories of consumer goods, yet the people making the decisions about how to market to women are primarily men. There is a huge disconnect between what is being advertised to women and what actually resonates with women. And though we’ve been seeing change – Dove’s “Real Beauty” and Alway’s #likeagirl campaigns for example – there are massive opportunities for improved connection with women consumers. Christina will help you tap into those opportunities using online content marketing and social media.
